ADDITIONAL ARTICLE AFTER ARTICLE 4, insert the following article:
Ordinance No. 2010-49 of 13 January 2010 on medical biology is repealed. SUMMARY STATEMENT
Ordinance No. 2010-49 of 13 January 2010 on medical biology as written, prohibits the exercise of medical biology to researchers non-graduate medical biology, particularly in the context of medically assisted procreation.
The order raises many problems whatsoever in the public hospital as private medical laboratories. As stated by the Minister of Higher Education and Research in the discussion on the draft law on real estate activities of higher education institutions, this order contains contradictions and misunderstandings which prohibits to imminent teachers continue to occupy a chair because they have studied that lead directly to biology.
Also, it is necessary to repeal this ordinance, which has still not been ratified by Parliament and write within a reasonable time, a new law governing the practice of medical biology.
